Job Overview: ANW is seeking a District Manager for King County. This position is responsible for ensuring the execution of sales plans within an assigned territory through a focus on the sales team and key account management. We are looking for someone to not only lead, but to help build a sales team and define the success of their region for years to come. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 
Distribution Management -  
Manage and oversee all market activities through organization, ensuring that efforts are focused on appropriate accounts, territory, and channels to achieve ANW’s short and long-term sales objectives. 
Execute market level sales and marketing activities/programs to achieve brand, volume, KPIs, and sustained performance. 
Develop and implement plans and activities to ensure assigned sales team members have the information needed to execute successfully against the ANW portfolio plans and to meet assigned depletion and account growth goals. 
Follow up and develop plans to address market gaps and performance issues. 
Effectively leverage sales team to support key account activities as needed. 
Train and assist sales personnel to conduct brand presentations to key on-premise staff at targeted accounts to ensure the proper implementation of brand strategies for all brands.

Job Overview: ANW is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to lead, organize, manage, conduct and coordinate accounts payable functions and support accounts receivable in processing invoices and payment from customers. This member of the accounting team demonstrates outstanding customer service skills and routinely exceeds expectations while completing a variety of accounting tasks and procedures. As a member of the accounting department, the AP/AR Specialist coordinates work assignments with the team and acts as back-up for other accounting staff. The ability to handle disruptions while completing tasks in a timely fashion, and the ability to accomplish and/or coordinate special projects is key to success on the job.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure proper documentation and authorization on all payable invoices.
Accurate and timely entry of payables into accounting system (QuickBooks Enterprise).
Process the payment of outstanding payables (checks, credit cards and wires).
Review and process approved employee expense reports according to policy.
Maintain vendor information including W-9 forms, name changes, vendor addresses and issuing of 1099s.
Research and resolve vendor discrepancies and inquiries.
Maintain proper files for paid bills, fixed asset purchases and other required documentation as needed.
Establish credit accounts when needed and properly authorized.
Maintain office petty cash and reconciliations.
Timely record of receivables and deposits
Other accounting functions as needed.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish them in a timely manner.
Sound interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with ANW staff, vendors, and customers.
Ability to accurately enter account data into an accounting system.
Basic accounting knowledge in order to research and resolve accounting issues.
MS Office products proficiency and an ability to quickly learn accounting software.

Compensation:

Job Overview: The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for enhancing business productivity and enabling our clients to focus on operating and growing their partnership with American Northwest Distributors. Key features of this role include issuing purchase orders based on the strategic needs of the company, working in collaboration with the Portfolio Managers to determine such needs, monitoring inventory levels to ensure financial efficiency, tracking orders, working with external logistics companies to ensure timely delivery of product, and coordinating the Certificate of Label Approval/Exemption process through the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau for oversees container shipments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
Analyze sales data, inventory levels and seasonal trends to issue vendor purchase orders for multiple locations
Work with Product Managers to establish pricing and identify areas of need and upcoming programming
Create purchase order receipts and report shipper damage claims as necessary
Reconcile inventory discrepancies
Evaluate lanes and shipping costs with LTL/FTL carriers, identifying areas of improvement
Monitor and track inbound shipments for timely arrivals
Notify sales staff of arrivals and product changes
Establish and maintain proper par levels for 4000+ SKUs, to minimize DOI, and stay within purchasing budget
Submit and monitor COLA approvals with Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade for import products
Track inbound volume of product for TTB taxation
Work with Freight forwarders, Customs Agents and Port shippers to ensure all imported product is approved prior to stateside arrival
Dispatch port pick ups and container returns

Desired Experience:
