Job Overview: ANW is seeking District Managers for King County. This position is responsible for ensuring the execution of sales plans within an assigned territory through a focus on the sales team and key account management. We are looking for someone to not only lead, but to help build a sales team and define the success of their region for years to come. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 
Distribution Management -  
Manage and oversee all market activities through organization, ensuring that efforts are focused on appropriate accounts, territory, and channels to achieve ANW’s short and long-term sales objectives. 
Execute market level sales and marketing activities/programs to achieve brand, volume, KPIs, and sustained performance. 
Develop and implement plans and activities to ensure assigned sales team members have the information needed to execute successfully against the ANW portfolio plans and to meet assigned depletion and account growth goals. 
Follow up and develop plans to address market gaps and performance issues. 
Effectively leverage sales team to support key account activities as needed. 
Train and assist sales personnel to conduct brand presentations to key on-premise staff at targeted accounts to ensure the proper implementation of brand strategies for all brands.

Job Overview: ANW is currently seeking customer service-oriented Delivery Drivers to fulfill a variety of routes across Washington, based out of our Seattle warehouse.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Completing daily deliveries to a variety of customers
Assessing delivery vehicle for maintenance issues at the beginning of each shift
Alerting Warehouse Supervisor of any maintenance or vehicle issues
Abiding by company standards and safety policies, as well as state driving laws
Checking orders before loading into delivery vehicle
Self-managing their daily delivery schedule to ensure accounts are delivered to
Merchandising product and building displays as needed in retail locations
Checking in product, collecting payment and adjusting invoices as needed
Reconciling driver packets, returns and refusals upon return to warehouse
Providing excellent customer service to our customers

Requirements:
Possess a current WA State driver’s license with a history of no more than one moving violation, no suspensions or at fault accidents in the last three years. No DUI/DWI convictions in the last 7 years

Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 70+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach

The ideal candidate is highly motivated and able to work independently with excellent customer service skills and an attention to detail.

Job Overview: ANW is currently seeking Warehouse Associates with a focus on Inventory Control.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Audit discrepancies, locate errors and solve inventory issues
Participate in regular cycle counts and quarterly inventory
Assist receiving team with receiving and confirming inbound product
Work with Warehouse Supervisor to plan and make space for inbound product
Assess stock levels in pick locations, manage back stock as needed
Ensure all product is assigned stock locations and tagged accordingly
Break down and stock product as needed
Assist with internal transfers, and act as quality control on day shift to ensure order accuracy.

This position will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Seattle Warehouse, including administrative functions, to ensure efficient operations and a safe working environment. Coordinates and monitors associate activities and equipment use to meet and exceed company objectives.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

Warehouse / Personnel 
Plans, implements and monitors the day to day warehouse operations to ensure that established objectives for receiving, product rotation, safety and timeliness are met or exceeded.  

Manage teams to achieve company vision and goals 

Oversee and assign tasks and projects to warehouse employees 

Assure completion of all projects and tasks as dictated by warehouse operations manager 

Manage maintenance schedule of all company mechanical assets (vehicles, forklifts) 

Lead in helping to maintain a safe and healthy team environment  

Coaches, educates and provides performance feedback to warehouse associates 

 

Fulfillment & Delivery 

Coordinate with AM Lead/Opener to ensure all orders are routed and shipped appropriately 

Manage and dispatch drivers, including rerouting as necessary 

Work with FM to fulfill deliveries statewide 

Check in and confirm drivers upon return to warehouse 

Retrieve and schedule chain and out of state account purchase orders in coordination with FM 

Create and maintain a vehicle maintenance schedule for delivery fleet 

Responsible for all accident and ticket reporting 

Reconcile driver packets, credits and invoice adjustments 
 
 

Inventory 

Confirm all inbound product is properly received and tracked in systems 

Responsible for inventory and backstock placement, accuracy and tagging

Manage IC procedures and develop strategies to tighten controls and ensure adjustments are complete and accurate
